We can offer the following services as a complete package or individually as appropriate:

Feasibility: Sketch designs to assess the potential of a site or project. Can be combined with initial cost analysis.
Planning: We offer full planning advice in addition to preparation and lodgement of planning permission applications.
Fire Safety Certificates: An additional process for all commercial buildings we integrate good Fire Safety Standards into all our designs and will prepare the application ourselves for smaller jobs and oversee the application for larger projects.
Disable Access Certificates: As with Fire Safety a Disabled Access Certificate is mandatory for new non-domestic buildings and extensions
Tender Process: A good tender package can save money in both the selection process and in the construction stage where changes are often expensive.
Construction Supervision: Regular site visits will ensure that the contractor is abiding by the building contract and the best possible practices are implemented.
Assigned Certifier: Under the Building Control Amendment Regulations (BCAR) we can act as an Assigned Certifier.
LVIA: We can produce both photomontages and complete Landscape and Visual Impact Chapters
